Aarvi Chopra is a student of Bhabha Public School, Jaipur with a strong passion for boxing. For Aarvi, boxing is more than just a sport, it is a discipline that builds strength, confidence, and resilience. She believes that the sport not only enhances physical fitness but also develops inner determination and self-control.

The Initiation

Aarvi began learning boxing during her summer holidays last year. What started as a seasonal activity soon turned into a serious interest. She trains at her uncle’s academy, where she receives structured guidance and consistent practice. Under his supervision, she has gradually developed both technique and confidence in the ring.

Gurus & Role Models

Aarvi regards her uncle as her mentor and greatest guide in boxing. His dedication to the sport, patience during training sessions, and unwavering support inspire her deeply. She has learned not only techniques but also discipline and perseverance from him. Aarvi is also grateful to her school teachers, who are supportive and approachable, creating an environment where she feels comfortable sharing her thoughts and aspirations.

The Talent

According to Aarvi, boxing is not only about punches and physical endurance, it is a sport built on four essential pillars- Discipline, Focus, Mental Strength, and Physical Fitness. She strongly believes that, in boxing, mental toughness plays a greater role than mere physical power. The ability to stay calm, think strategically, and remain confident under pressure is what truly defines a good boxer. Through regular practice sessions, drills, and fitness routines, Aarvi continues to strengthen both her body and her mindset.

Achievements

Aarvi’s dedication has already earned her recognition. She has received seven medals and certificates in various categories, reflecting her commitment and steady progress. These accomplishments motivate her to keep improving and aiming higher in the sport.

The quote that motivates Aarvi the most is, “Practice makes a person perfect.” She believes that consistent effort and regular training are the keys to excellence.
