A national yoga player, Aditya is a student at Kendriya Vidyalaya Lucknow Cantt. Since beginning his yoga practice in the sixth grade, he has advanced to the national level. He placed sixth in the KVS regionals, won a silver medal in the KVS nationals, and finished 15th in the national tournament. His greatest supporters have been his professors, Kaushal Kishore Sharma and Sanjeev Trivedi.

The Initiation

Aditya started practicing yoga in his sixth grade and now reached the national level in the sport.

Gurus & Role Models

While he does yoga on his own for the most part, his teachers Kaushal Kishore Sharma and Sanjeev Trivedi provide the greatest help. They constantly give him advice on yoga practices. He was first drawn to yoga by his sixth-grade teacher, Sanjeev Trivedi, and it was he who brought yoga to KVS. Kaushal Kishore Sharma leads him following lockdown. Bhim Rao Ambedkar is Aditya's hero because he persevered through adversity and never gave up on his dreams. He also respects Bhagat Singh's bravery and tenacity.

The Talent

He used to be frequently unwell before he started practicing Yoga. However, his fitness improved a lot after adopting Yoga. He saw several beneficial changes in his physique, including an increase in height, from practicing yoga. According to him, yoga is a combination of eight practices, including Asanas, Pranayam, Yoga, Mudras, and Dhyan, etc.

Achievements

Aditya states that he placed 15th in the tournament held at the national level. In addition to winning one silver and one gold medal in the regional competition, he also took home the silver medal from the KVS Nationals where he stood second. In addition, he placed fifth in the KVS regional competition. In addition to yoga, he engages in other activities. Most recently, he took part in the Math Olympiad.

A Bit More

You'll stay in shape if you all do yogasana. According to him, yoga is not only a sport but also good for our bodies. Regular yoga practice will shield you from a number of illnesses. He explains that the best pose for becoming taller is Tadasana, when we stretch our hands and touch our toes. Additionally, there are other asanas like Vrakshasana and other asanas which are a backbend for the spine. Aditya practiced diligently both in the morning and in the evening in order to get ready for the tournament at the national level. He practices every day since the national competition is quite competitive. He spends an hour warming up before moving on to other yoga poses. He's continually trying to expand his knowledge. Young people are advised by him to participate in any other sport if yoga isn't their thing. Playing sports helps you get healthy and powerful. But, it also offers other advantages, such as the fact that you have accomplished something outside academics; colleges also take athletics into account and several government benefits. According to him, the government covers all costs if you go to the state or national levels. The song "Veer tu badhta chal" and Hanuman Chalisa serve as sources of motivation for him.
