A National table tennis player, Farah started her sports journey in the year 2014. She has been playing the game for the last eight years with devotion and determination.
Farah began playing table tennis when she was in the seventh grade at the age of thirteen. After finishing school, she stopped playing for two years before resuming during the pandemic.
Farah practices table tennis at Karni Singh Stadium in Bikaner with her co-players. She regards Prophet Muhammad as a role model and adheres to his teachings and principles.
According to Farah, the most important benefit of practicing table tennis is increased IQ power, which is also proven by research. Table tennis is a very technical game that requires brain power and coordination. It includes different types of spins and strokes that can be played through proper techniques.
Farah participated in CBSE Nationals in 2015 and earned the fourth position. In 2018, she captained the Rajasthan Team (Under 19 girls) at the School Nationals. In 2018, she also earned the Rajasthan Champion title and a gold medal in the CBSE School Nationals. For four years, she was the captain of the Maharaja Ganga Singh University table tennis team.
Farah became acquainted with table tennis during her first event in Ajmer. In terms of personal development, table tennis helped her flourish academically as well. She has recently begun coaching other students in table tennis.
