Hitesh Mali is presently the Executive Adviser of the CSAF organization. Inspired by Lord Krishna, he joined the Cricket Squad Animal Foundation (CSAF) to help cows. After joining the organization, he developed punctuality, learnt to appreciate others, and now counsels everyone to assist others rather than provide mere advice.
His cousin brother first informed him about this group after being involved with the CSAF group. Later, greatly motivated by Lord Krishna, Hitesh made the decision to join the organization to aid the cows.
After joining the Cricket Squad Animal Foundation (CSAF), Abhishek Chauhan became his mentor since he taught him a lot. He made wonderful friends and gained valuable knowledge from this organization. Ten people first joined the CSAF group, and as time went on and more people became aware of the group's work, more members joined. There are 45 people in his group now, and he holds the position of Executive Advisor in addition to managing the vehicles with ten subordinates. He keeps an eye out to ensure that nobody gets hurt and that animal food does not get spoiled. He looks up to his parents as role models and has learned from them to never support bad things in life. His upbringing instilled in him the values of honesty and good deeds.
Hitesh claims that he learned to be on time and to respect others after joining the CSAF organization. He first felt that he had come to the correct place when he was introduced to CSAF founder Abhishek upon joining the group.
Hitesh was felicitated by the District Collector, Tara Chand Meena with the ‘Gau Ratna Award’ for his work of feeding of the cows during the Lumpy Disease outbreak.
Hitesh draws inspiration from a tale whose lesson is to assist someone instead of offering mere advice. He encourages young people to step up and assist the animals. Animals are living things that require love and care just like our family members do. He urges everyone to take an injured animal to the hospital and provide as much assistance as you can.
