A student of St. Paul’s School, Udaipur, Kunal began playing Lawn Tennis with his father and has been playing the sport for the last three years. He believes that participating in sports is good for one's fitness.
Inspired by his father Kunal started playing lawn tennis. He says that he was originally uninterested in the game, but gradually his interest in the sport grew and he decided to continue playing the game.
Kunal is a student at Maharana Pratap Khel Gaon, where he is coached by Khemraj Gameti. He is inspired by his coach's coaching style and works hard to learn all the skills rapidly. Kunal looks up to Roger Federer, who plays the one-handed backhand superbly. Federer also excels on Grass Courts, which encourages Kunal. He also admires Roger Federer's techniques.
According to Kunal, lawn tennis is helpful in improving your physical health. This sport incorporates eye contact, and wrist, hand, and leg movements that allow a person to be fit at any age.
Kunal has been participating in the District Tournaments and has achieved second position two times. He has also competed in the AITA national-level competitions and State Lawn Tennis tournaments.
Kunal advises staying away from cell phones and participating in sports that interest you. Sports are beneficial for both physical and mental well-being, believes Kunal. He is mainly inspired by the saying, "Dreams are not those which you see while sleeping, it is something that does not let you sleep."
