A student of the Jesus and Mary Convent School in Greater Noida, Lavishka began singing two years ago under her guru's guidance. Later, she joined the T-Series Stageworks Academy for basic training and then trained in classical music under Karan Kishor Mishra.

The Initiation

Lavishka Sharma, a twelve-year-old music enthusiast and a singer, began singing two years ago under the guidance of her guru. She says that she used to sing in her school’s assembly group. Her father observed her talent and enrolled her in music class.

Gurus & Role Models

In September 2023, Lavishka joined T-Series Stageworks Academy for a six-month course and trained in basic music under the guidance of Jaiwant sir. Thereafter, she began training in classical music under Karan Kishor Mishra Sir in Greater Noida. Lavishka says that her parents are her role models. Her father especially always inspires her, corrects her for her music mistakes, and helps her grow in her field of interest.

The Talent

Lavishka says that doing regular Riyaz is very necessary in the field of music. She emphasizes that taking care of your voice and practicing the Surs is extremely important to succeed in this realm.

Achievements

Lavishka had participated in an Online National Singing Competition and won the first prize and Rs. 50,000 in the same. She also won the first prize in a drawing competition held in her society.
