Mitanshi is an ambitious cricket player who aspires to make a successful career in cricket. She wants to hone her team management skills in order to become a good captain and represent her team in multiple cricket tournaments. Never giving up is the only motivation she believes in and encourages youngsters to work hard on their goals.
Mitanshi Kothari says that for the last two years, she had been playing cricket in her hometown, Chittorgarh. Later, she joined KT Cricket Academy and has been working hard to hone her skills. She says that her father always supported her to break the societal norm and pursue her career in cricket despite her being a girl. She adds that she always had a dream of becoming a cricket player and playing at the state and national level competitions. She is the first cricket player in her family, says Mitanshi.
Mitanshi says that when she was in Chittorgarh, she used to get trained under a Ranji Trophy player Prashant Chaudhary. Thereafter, to jump a step higher, she joined KT Cricket Academy in Udaipur and is getting trained under KT sir and KP sir. Speaking about her role models, Mitanshi says that her father is the one for her who always supported her in her dream, going against every person who questioned her choice of playing cricket. Mitanshi also gets highly inspired by the thinking and techniques of MS Dhoni.
Mitanshi says that playing cricket not only improves our mental and physical health but this sport also helps us to gain confidence. This sport develops team spirit in us, teaches us how to handle pressure, and helps in our overall personality development.
Mitanshi played and her team won at the national level twice in a Tennis Ball Foundation tournament. Her team also became the runner up in the National level tournament of the Leather Ball Foundation.
