Payal Verma entered the yoga field with the idea that she would undoubtedly learn something, regardless of the outcome. She adds that her father has always told her not to just think about medals, but to always find out what went wrong and fix it. She is always inspired to do better by these ideas. She tells other rising practitioners that doing yoga on a daily basis can keep them healthy and mentally at ease.
