A talented student of Guru Nanak Public School, Prince Purbia, began playing cricket at his village ground. He later on developed an interest in cricket from there and joined KT Cricket Academy. He feels that cricket is a game of discipline and teamwork.
Prince Purbia hails from Udaipur. He has been playing cricket for the past two years. Earlier, he used to play cricket in his village ground and is now getting professional training in KT Cricket Academy.
Prince says that there are two coaches in his academy, Kailash sir and Kalpendra sir who teach him good skills and support him in every situation. Prince is also inspired by Jimmy Anderson as he used to handle the ball perfectly.
Prince believes cricket helps in keeping us overall fit and managing pressure more effectively in life.
Prince played in a school tournament on behalf of Guru Nanak Public School and performed well to stand runner-up against CPS.
Prince says that discipline is the only thing that can take us forward in life and this thought motivates him a lot. Advising youngsters, Prince says that cricket is a very good game as it teaches us team spirit and ensures fitness. It also inculcates discipline is what he opines.
