tarting from learning yoga from her mother to becoming a yoga enthusiast, Prisha has come a long way in the field of Yoga. Youngstar Prisha is studying at Neeri Modern School and says that yoga helps a person be at peace and achieve good health.
Prisha hails from Nagpur, Maharashtra. Initially Prisha used to learn yoga from her mother and participated in a yoga competition where she achieved second rank. However, later her mother observed flexibility in her body and got her admitted to a Yoga Class. Prisha has now become a yoga enthusiast. She says that she knows a lot of yoga asanas which include Hand Balance, Hanuman Asana, Bhumasana, Vajrasana, Dhanurasana, Garudasana, and more.
Prisha learns yoga under the guidance of international yoga exponent Dhanashri Lekurwale at Yoga Life Center. As far as her role models are concerned, Prisha considers her parents as her role models who always encourage her to participate without worrying about the results.
Prisha says that flexibility in your body and having a good guru are utmost important for practicing yoga. Yoga helps people attain peace and stay healthy, says Prisha.
Prisha achieved sixth rank in the National Yoga Championship. She has also participated in the District Level yoga championship. She stood on the 4th rank in Rhythmic Yoga and sixth rank in Traditional Yoga at Khasda Krida Mahotsav.
Yoga helps Prisha attain peace. Apart from yoga, Prisha also loves doing Craft, Dance and Singing, and is interested in many such activities. She says that she also loves participating in various school level competitions and has received fifty five certificates in yoga and other activities. The saying, "Work hard without considering the outcome in order to get something," really motivates her.
