A yoga practitioner, Rajshree started practicing yoga with her mother's inspiration and has since advanced to Surya Namaskar, Rajakapotasana, and Chakrasana. She has participated in Yog Mahotsav and earned a certificate. Rajshree learns from Aarunyaa Yoga Meditation Centre and considers her mother as role model. She is also an animal lover and aspires to become a veterinary doctor.

The Initiation

Rajshree has been practicing yoga for the past three years, having been inspired by her mother to begin. Her interest in yoga began when she observed her mother practicing.

Gurus & Role Models

Rajshree's parents are her gurus, and she is learning yoga at the Aarunyaa Yoga Meditation Centre. Being a yoga practitioner and an animal lover, she views her mother as her role model. She claims she wants to be like her mother since she makes an effort to make other people's lives better.

A Bit More

Her hobbies are playing badminton, cricket, basketball, painting, dancing and playing guitar. She also likes to draw and sketch. Her favorite song is ‘Kar har maidan fateh’ and it motivates her to do better. Rajshree's mother works for the animal protection association, and her maternal aunt is involved in animal welfare; therefore, Rajshree also loves animals. Her goal is to become an animal physician. She suggests that yoga be practiced by all people to maintain good health.
