A student of fifth grade at Delhi Public School, Rudra Aditya Singh is a martial arts learner at SRA MMA who practices Kudo. He joined Sensei Raj Academy of Mixed Martial Arts (SRA MMA) to become mentally and physically active. In martial arts competitions held at the district, state, and national levels, he won gold medals. In addition, he was captain of his school's football team.
Since Kudo is an all-round sport and Rudra wanted to get active, he enrolled in a martial arts school to pursue it.
Under the direction of his instructor, Sensei Raj Menaria, Rudra has been practicing martial arts at the Sensei Raj Academy of Mixed Martial Arts (SRA MMA). He claims that during his travels, his coach picks up many new skills that he then passes on to the students. Sensei Raj Menaria is his role model; he trains him with a lot of affection and helps him learn martial arts while having fun in the classroom.
According to Rudra, Kudo is an overall martial arts activity that teaches us several skills, including fighting and self-defense. Martial arts offer a number of advantages, including increased physical and mental fitness.
Rudra took part in three different District competitions, winning gold each time. Later on, he took part in a State tournament and came away with three gold medals. In the National level tournaments, he again took home two gold and one silver medals. Additionally, he earned the gold medal in a District Competition while serving as the captain of the football team at his school.
Apart from Kudo, Rudra also plays many other games like football, swimming and martial arts. He suggests other kids should join Kudo as it is an all-round and active sport that enhances their mental and physical strength. It's a fantastic sport for self-defense as well. He finds great inspiration and motivation in the saying, "Practice makes a man perfect."
