Rudrika Jain, a young student at Ryan International School, began practicing Kudo after being inspired by her school's teacher. She believes it boosts stamina, fitness, and discipline. Rudrika has won gold medals in District, State and National Level Tournaments.
Young Rudrika started practicing Kudo at the Sensei Raj Academy of Mixed Martial Arts & Combat Fitness when she got inspired by the Kudo Martial Arts Teacher at her school and when she saw that the sport includes punches, kicks, and fitness. That was when she decided to practice Kudo a year ago.
Rudrika Jain trains at the Sensei Raj Academy of Mixed Martial Arts & Combat Fitness under the guidance of her coaches Senpai Bala and others. Speaking about her role models, Rudrika says that her parents, coach, and her friends support her in all her fights and she considers them as her role models.
Encouraging young kids to play this sport, Rudrika says that Kudo helps in boosting stamina and enhancing fitness. It also helps a person develop discipline.
Gradually developing her skills, Rudrika, till date, has won a gold medal in District and State Level Kudo Martial Arts Tournament twice. She has also participated twice in the National Level Kudo Martial Arts Tournament and has won gold, bronze, and silver medals in the same.
Considering the song “Ek Zindagi” from the movie Angrezi Medium as a stress buster, Rudrika says that this song is a great source of motivation for her.
