Motivated by her neighbor, Utsavi started swimming and has won numerous medals in the sport. She believes that swimming aspirants should engage in sports to avoid distractions and contribute to the pride of the nation.

The Initiation

Utsavi explored various sports initially but she got inspired by her neighbor and began swimming four years ago. She started practicing swimming at Maharana Pratap Khel Gaon and has been practicing there since then.

Gurus & Role Models

Utsavi has been practicing swimming for the last three years under the guidance of her coach Mahesh at Maharana Pratap Khel Gaon. She finds her inspiration in swimming from Michael Phelps, who won eight gold medals in the Olympics in 2008.

Achievements

Utsavi says that to date she has won ten gold medals, twenty silver medals, and ten bronze medals in state swimming tournaments.

A Bit More

Utsavi advises youngsters to get themselves involved in any sport, as it will help them stay away from the distractions and do something good for the nation. The saying “Never stop learning because life never stops teaching” inspires her the most.
