An inspired cricket player, Mahijeet Singh Chauhan has been practicing cricket at Wonder Cement Cricket Academy for the last three years. Currently, he is studying in MLSU.
When he saw the Cricket World Cup of 2011, Mahijeet got inspired and decided that he too wanted to become a cricketer and make the country proud. Filled with enthusiasm by India’s victory in the tournament, he started learning and playing cricket.
Mahijeet finds a lot of inspiration in MS Dhoni because he is a selfless, upbeat individual who constantly goes with his instincts. He always has had the support of his coaches, Manoj, Nandu, Sonu, Shahid, and Kishan. Mahijeet looks forward to Lord Krishna too as his role model and attempts to emulate his way of life.
Mahijeet finds discipline to be the most important aspect of cricket which teaches self control.
Mahijeet played in the Under-15 SSPF Tournament at the national level and also participated in the RPL tournament as a player of the Udaipur Lake City Warrior Team.
Mahijeet says that after joining Wonder Cement Cricket Academy, his batting and wicket keeping has improved a lot. The environment of the academy is very good. He has had a very good experience playing with senior players.
