A talented Basketball player, Mansvi Panwar turned curiosity into passion after watching her seniors play basketball. With sharp shooting skills and powerful dribbles, she’s already played at the state level and is gearing up for open state tournaments. Backed by her coach’s guidance and her father’s unwavering support, Mansvi is dribbling her way to a promising future.
Mansvi Panwar, a spirited seventh-grade student at Kendriya Vidyalaya, found her love for basketball when she saw her seniors passionately playing the game. The energy and teamwork on the court sparked a deep curiosity in her. Eager to try it herself, she approached her PTI (Physical Training Instructor), who encouraged her to join. Since then, there’s been no looking back. She especially enjoys shooting and dribbling — two skills she has developed with confidence and joy.
Mansvi trains under Coach Usha Acharaj at the Maharana Pratap Khel Gaon Basketball Academy in Udaipur, where she receives expert guidance and encouragement. Mansvi praises her coach for actively supporting young girls, motivating them to step onto bigger platforms such as district and state-level open tournaments. Her ultimate source of inspiration, however, is her father — her role model. His belief in her and constant motivation fuel her passion and push her to strive for excellence.
For Mansvi, Basketball is more than just a game — it’s a fun and fitness-packed activity that strengthens the body and sharpens the mind. She explains that the sport not only contributes to height growth but also strengthens the hands and legs through active gameplay. Mansvi describes that a typical basketball team has 12 players, out of which 5 are active on the court during play, and 7 are substitutes ready to step in when needed.
Mansvi has already represented her school at the state level in basketball, a remarkable achievement for someone her age. Now, with determination and rigorous practice, she is preparing to compete at the state level in open tournaments — aiming higher with every dribble and shot.
Mansvi shares that her father’s support fills her with inner strength. His encouragement not only lifts her spirits but also drives her to play better and dream bigger. She believes that when young players commit to their goals with sincerity and dedication, success is bound to follow. Her advice to other young aspirants is simple yet powerful: "Put your heart into what you love — and you'll surely go far."
