Aspiring to fight in the National Level Championships, Purva says that she is very much inclined towards sports and dreams to achieve a lot in the field.
Purva Shrimali is a Boxing and Kickboxing student. She began practicing her art at RCKK Academy of Martial Arts in the year 2017. Purva says that she started playing Boxing and Kickboxing just to explore the art and have fun but later got obsessed with the sports. Being not so good in academics, Purva’s parents enrolled her in sports and her journey started since then. She initially started with Karate but gradually moved to Boxing after developing an interest in the game.
Purva is learning boxing and kickboxing from Pankaj Chaudhary at RCKK Academy of Martial Arts. Not only is he her coach, but Pankaj is also like an ideal for Purva who not only coaches her but is also like a friend to her. One of Purva's friends is her role model who always supports her and motivates her to do well.
Boxing and Kickboxing, both the sports require confidence in the first place. Using safety equipment while practicing is a necessity in both sports and consistent practice will help you perform better in the long run, says Purva.
Purva had won a gold medal in the State Kickboxing Tournament.
Purva says that there is a song named “Shoorveer” that motivates her a lot and she listens to this song before every fight. To the parents who believe that sports have no scope for the future, Purva says that every parent should enroll their kids in sports and it will help the child develop focus and stay persistent in life.
