Young cricketer Samarpit aspires to go miles in the sport with his determination and hard work. His inclination and will to succeed has helped him a lot in reaching where he is today.
Samarpit says that his father was a boxing coach and wanted Samarpit toot to do boxing. However, he was very much inclined towards cricket. His father saw his interest and skills and let him play cricket. He says that he used to play cricket initially at the Gandhi Ground and Fateh School and there his friends motivated him and he took admission to the Wonder Cement Cricket Academy and has been practicing there for seven years. He also participated in a summer camp where he won the Best Fielder Award and his journey continued since then.
Samarpit has been practicing cricket at Wonder Cement Cricket Academy under the guidance of his coaches Sonu Gurjar and Manoj Bhatnagar. He considers his father as his role model and has learned a lot from his struggles.
Cricket is a sport where with each new day, you gain new experiences.
Samarpit has played cricket in almost all the age groups and he has been playing in the Ranji Trophy for the last three years. He made a century and a half century in the Ranji Trophy this year. He has played in the under-19 team in the Challenger Trophy.
Samarpit says that whenever he is stressed or upset, he listens to Rap music which motivates him and helps him gain the energy back.
