Vidhi Vyas goes to St. Anthony’s Senior Secondary School for her studies. She has been playing chess for the past two years at the ‘Chess In Lakecity’ Academy.
Vidhi's father encouraged her to play chess since it's a great strategy game. She later joined the ‘Chess In Lakecity’ academy to learn the tricks of the game.
Vidhi's coach, Vikas Sahu, has always pushed her to reach her full potential as a player. In addition, he helps her with openings and threads and encourages her to take part in various local competitions. Vidhi looks up to Viswanathan Anand and admires his style of chess.

This year, Vidhi participated in the CBSE West Zone Tournament, where her team was placed second and was chosen to go to the nationals.
