Vishv Dubey, a student studying in the third grade at SAGE International School- Ayodhya Nagar, Bhopal, also plays and practices three sports- Judo, Karate and Cricket. He is a Green Belt in Karate, which he started practicing in 2023 after seeing his sister's interest in the martial art. He has also learned various Judo techniques and plays Cricket as a batter. Vishv has won eight medals in Karate, including Gold, Silver and Bronze medals at District, National, and International levels.
Inspired by his sister, Vishv Dubey began practicing karate in 2023 and has since earned a green belt in the sport. While he enjoys various sports activities, karate has become his primary focus.
Vishv considers his sister his role model, as she was the one who inspired him to pursue karate. He trained in karate at two academies—St. Paul’s Academy and St. Thomas Academy—where he honed his skills and developed his passion for the sport.
Vishv underscores that flexibility is essential in karate, especially for effective kicking. In karate matches, a punch scores one point, and the first player to reach three points wins the game. Vishv also explains that Judo involves various techniques, and he has learned three key moves, including Ippon Seoi Nage and Oshoto-Gari. In cricket, he enjoys batting as a right-handed batsman and appreciates the variety of techniques in both batting and bowling.
Vishv has won a total of eight medals in karate, showcasing his talent across district, national, and international levels. His accomplishments include one gold, four silver, and three bronze medals. At the district level, he earned one silver and one bronze; at the national level, he secured two silver medals; and on the international stage, he proudly achieved two more silver medals.
Vishv encourages other young athletes to play with dedication, strive for medals, stay happy, and spread happiness to those around them.
