Young cricketer Yash Tosawada began his cricket journey from his village after he was inspired by India Captain Rohit Sharma. He advises new aspirants to engage in cricket alongside studies to stay mentally and physically fit.
Yash used to play cricket in his village and later one of his neighbors motivated him to learn the sport at a proper academy. Thereafter, he got inspired by Rohit Sharma and decided to learn it professionally and joined Unique Cricket Academy.
Yash practices at the Unique Cricket Academy under the guidance of his coach Shahruk Khan. He says that his coach has taught him various techniques from basics to advanced in order to bring improvements to his game. Yash considers his father as his role model because, despite the struggles, he sent Yash to Udaipur to pursue his dream of cricket.
Explaining the benefits of cricket, Yash says that this sport has a lot of health benefits for the players as it gives mental and physical fitness. Also, appropriate and consistent practice teaches you to stay calm in pressure situations.
Speaking about his achievements, Yash says that he has participated in an Under-16 Cricket Tournament and has represented Rajsamand. He has also represented Rajasthan in Tennis Ball Cricket.
“If you work hard and sweat, you will definitely score a century in cricket” is the quotation that gives him motivation and inspiration. Conveying his message to his fellow youngsters, Yash advises them to get engaged in cricket or any other sport along with studies to stay fit mentally and physically.
